Indiana Avenue Bridge - Goshen
The Indiana Avenue Bridge by the Old Bag Factory will be closed August 1- 4.  It will be open again August 5-7 (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) for the Old Bag Factory program over the weekend.  It will again close August 8-12.  Advertising for bids on the bridge is currently taking place, and we will receive and award bids on Monday, August 1. 

     Update – 08/05/05 Work is to begin on August 15, or after and must be completed in 30 days, or no later than September 30th.  During this time period, the bridge will be closed to all traffic. The cost of this project is $116,700 and is funded from the Cum Bridge Fund. The structure is slated for rehab in a couple of years, pending federal funding.

     Detour Route: Chicago Ave. to Bashor Rd., and Beaver Lane, to Wilden Ave.
